Sing Sing Sing

Ever notice how sometimes a song hits you just right to where it practically commands you to dig into it from the bottom of your soul and let it out in the loudest, clearest notes possible and how, after you do, you feel so... amazing?

I bet he felt good after that.

I'm gonna do some soulful singing every day. You should join me.

P.S. What are your favorite songs to get into?

  1. Thanks for posting this. I haven't watch AI this season at all, but this was a powerful performance of an outstanding song, so I am glad I watched it.

And since you asked, I have a ton of songs I love getting into, but a few of my tried and true are Either Way by Guster, All I Need is You or Bad by U2, Fake Plastic Trees or Let Down by Radiohead, Run by Snow Patrol and one I really like now, but I don't know if it will make my top list forever is The Story by Brandi Carlisle.

I agree that daily soulful singing is very therapeutic.

  2. I completely agree, singing is food for my soul. Whether it's in a choir or in the car, life is always better with a song.
