Commercial Break

This commercial actually added something to my life. It's beautifully done and makes me want to go start a journey right now (I didn't really need much encouragement, actually). Some asked the question... what does this have to do with Louis Vuitton? I kinda think that's what is so good about it- it's not pushing their bags in your face, but makes you come to the conclusion about how their company fits in with the ad itself. Or maybe you don't think about how it does at all...

How did it make you feel? What did you think of?

If you want to see the long version (beautiful, without as many words):

  1. I would have could have loved this if it hadn't been for Louis Vuitton. I just kept thinking, what do these poor people have to do with expensive ugly bags? Are they being exploited to make these bags for this angry lady in Paris? Is she going to Mongolia with her pricy luggage to visit see them? I don't think so. If it'd been an add for something else I would have thought differently. I'll admit it was beautiful though.

  2. It was a beautiful commercial but actually took me away from wanting to be a consumer and instead wanting to use our resources for things much bigger than ourselves and materialism.

  3. Thank you for sharing. I actually had no idea what the ad was for, I got lost in it.
